- Receive bookings with passenger details, logistic information, and internal notes from our overseas tour operators.

- Process bookings with our local suppliers using the internal reservation system.

- Follow up on confirmations and verify cost and sell values.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure services are booked accordingly.

- Maintain good relationships with tour operators, suppliers, and partners.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Reservation Manager.

- University education.

- Fluent in English; German knowledge is considered a plus.

- Completed travel industry course and/or at least 1 year of experience in the travel industry.

- Knowledge of travel in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- Good communication and writing skills.

- Ability to solve problems and make decisions.

- Capable of working under pressure and handling multiple tasks.

- Strong attention to detail.

- High standards of customer service.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Attitude:

- Self-motivated.

- Passionate about travel.

- Willingness to travel to business trips when required

- Able to work flexibly, including outside of regular office hours when required.
