1. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.

2. Manage full accounting cycles, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

3. Process payment vouchers and ensure accurate transaction recording in Xero or similar systems.

4. Generate timely monthly management and tax reports for assigned clients.

5. Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation and records.

6. Analyze monthly financial data and ensure compliance with Cambodian tax laws.

7. Provide professional consultation on accounting, tax planning, and regulatory matters.

8. Coordinate with relevant authorities such as the General Department of Taxation.

9. Support and mentor junior team members when needed.

10. Report directly to the Accounting Manager and work collaboratively across departments.

11. Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

3. Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and Cambodian tax regulations.

4. Proficient in accounting software (Xero or QuickBooks preferred), Microsoft Excel & Word.

5. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

6. Able to work independently and take initiative under minimal supervision.

7. Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus)
