1. Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and IAS

standards.

2. Oversee the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy.

3. Review and approve tax reports, payment vouchers, and monthly financial submissions.

4. Manage financial audits, internal controls, and ensure regulatory compliance.

5. Provide high-level consultation to clients on accounting, tax planning, and financial strategy.

6. Supervise junior and mid-level accountants, providing guidance, coaching, and performance review.

7. Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities.

8. Maintain updated knowledge on changes in Cambodian tax law and international accounting standards.

9. Collaborate closely with executive management and contribute to financial planning and risk management.

10. Report directly to the Accounting Manager and support strategic decision-making.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing (Master’s degree is preferred).

2. Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.

3. At least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role managing a team or key financial functions.

4. Deep understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and IAS (International Accounting Standards).

5. Proficient in accounting software (preferably Xero, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems).

6. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

8. Able to lead multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.

9. Professional proficiency in English and Khmer.

10. Ethical, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
