Job Description

• Plan and manage recruitment of workers and staff.

• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.

• Conduct interviews and shortlisting of candidates.

• Supervise HR activities directly at construction sites.

• Monitor worker attendance, leave, and punctuality.

• Resolve minor conflicts between workers or between workers and supervisors.

• Verify overtime hours and payroll data.

• Coordinate with the finance team for monthly salary processing.

• Ensure accurate payment of wages, overtime, seniority and allowances.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations.

• Organize safety training programs for new and existing staff.

• Maintain updated records for all employee.

• Handle data entry into HR systems or spreadsheets.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedure.

• Make sure all employee and workers follow company policies.

• Revising HR policies when needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office and HRS systems.

• Proficient in English and other language (if any).
