- Understand and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual - Review and make changes to MEP designs to ensure cost effectiveness and quality are not compromised - Generate brief programme with PM and meet project deadlines - Good knowledge of design of power distribution, plumbing and ventilation systems - Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues - Ensure that that all building services meet HSE requirements & local authority regulations - Liaise with service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural technologists and other construction professionals - Full knowledge of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems. - To understand and assess installation methods and sequence of work - Draw up plans, write briefs and report on progress in a timely manner - Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Other jobs as required by Project Manager

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field - Minimum 5 year experiences in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing or related experiences - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and towards a deadline - Ability to liaise well with professionals from other disciplines - Attention to detail - Very good in English - Computer literacy
