- Prepare and review Tender and Contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect/engineer/project team. - Undertaking costs analysis for design and project work, including undertaking value engineering where required. - Undertaking feasibility studies based upon the client requirements. - Performing risk and value management and cost control for design and construction of project work. - Valuing completed work, prepare and review payment claims. - Review and negotiate change orders with Clients. - Negotiate final settlements with Client at end of project and prepare final cost report for Management Team. - Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

- Degree in Architecture, Quantity Survey or equivalent - Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent - At least two years working experience in similar tasks. - Experience in Tender processes and preparation for project management and/or architectural/engineering design consulting and/or construction. - Advanced knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes and bills of quantities. - Flexible, team worker, good communication and reporting skills - Advance negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate payments and change orders with Clients or Consultant. - Excellent written and spoken English. - Excellent on Computer (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Outlook and internet); - Hard-working, honest, initiative, flexible, and be able to work under pressure. - Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize the workplace
