Jobs Description

Gather information from stakeholders (e.g., business users and executives) to understand their needs, expectations and pain points
Assist in identifying areas for improvement in business processes or system enhancements, based on analyzed requirements and process evaluations
Document and validate business requirements, process flows and proposed solutions
Communicate with various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences, to ensure alignment and understanding
Design and configure process flows to meet the agreed requirements
Draft and execute various testing scenarios to identify defects and ensure functionality
Conduct user training
Support User Acceptance Test
Assist with execution of Go-live preparation activities
Participate as key member of Post go-live support

Jobs Requirement

0 to 2 years' experience
A curious mind
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
Proactive team player with great people skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task effectively
Calm and solution-driven under pressure
Occasional overseas travel when required
