• Age is from 26 years old and above
• Bachelor degree in Agriculture of Agronomy
• 3-5 years of working experience with Pepper Farm
• Be able to stay and work in Mondul Kiri province
• Be honest, creative and positive attitude
• Be a team player and be able to working for two years of working contract
