Jobs Description

Review and recalculate all amounts on invoices; make sure all supporting documents (Contract, Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), price comparison, Delivery Note, etc.) have been approved and have been attached
Clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items
Keep track of all payments and expenditures
Prepare and process payments before due dates
Cheques update and track in excel worksheet
Maintain files, including filing of general ledger, payment & journal vouchers, and other miscellaneous filings.
Year-end stock count
Assist for internal and external audits
Undertake other tasks as assigned by Finance Department Manager

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other related field.
At least one-year experience with related work.
Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Quick Books, Internet, and E-mail)
Must be good at English. Knowing Chinese is an advantage.
Honest, hard-working, commitment, and result-oriented.
Good leadership and team player.
