Jobs Description

Contact with shipper for all necessary procedure supports.
Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import, export as well as transshipments.
Prepare of essential shipping documentation on a daily basis.
Follow up and updating customers on their import/export shipments.
Communicate with carriers, terminals, oversea agents and internal Logistics team if need
Ensure all shipment documentations are compliant with customs rules and regulations.
Manage documentation flows; This includes all operational transactions such as bills of lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin, license etc.
Handling of customer enquiries and requests professionally to maximize customers' satisfaction.
Other ad-hoc tasks, urgent duties and projects as well as assignments.
Report to manager or upper level when required

Jobs Requirement

College/ University graduation major in business / international trade/logistics / transportation
Sea freight experience is essential for this role (logistics / transportation / freight forwarding company)
Use good application Outlook, Word, Excel.
Foreign language: English, knowing Chinese is preferable.
Ability to work under pressure.
Thoughtful, honest, dynamic, good communication, Teamwork
