Answer phones and chat, assist clients
Check and confirm draft documents
Follow up final documents
Follow up delivery info
Update shipment status to client
Entry shipment info to system
Other task assigned by management

Jobs Requirement

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Able to understand basic and writing)
Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven ability to work under time pressure and deliver results on time
One year of experience in any work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Helpful, Honest and reliable person with positive attitude to work
