Jobs Description

  • Able to demonstrate and showcase your experience in handling incidents, problems, change, and technology asset lifecycle management.
  • A key person to drive and determine successfully implement on our digital solutions, strategies and overcome pressure and obstacles.
  • To lead the delivery of technology solutions and services and ensure that IT staff meet the needs of the organization.
  • To develop the strategy for our Technology Roadmap and asset management across the organization.
  • To oversee all the communication between technology teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
  • To draft and implement Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) and service level to ensure technology services and solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively by the internal IT team.
  • To work with external technology service providers, include the group and/or entities within company to ensure service levels are met and problems are resolved quickly without affecting business and operations.
  • To provide strategic direction for the quality of technology services and solutions and manage the resolution of any issues that arise at the shortest possible turn-around time.
  • To establish and manage budgets for technology service and solutions delivery and ensure all IT resources are allocated effectively for our business and operations.
  • To continually monitor and report on any service delivery performance lapses and gaps to the leadership team with solutions for fixes and improvement.
  • To oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure consistent and streamlined technology service delivery.
  • To adopt a mindset with interest in emerging technologies to continually improve our technology service and solutions.
  • To provide coaching, mentoring, leadership, guidance, and supervision to the IT staff.

Jobs Requirement

  • At least 6 to 8 years of experience as Manager of IT with similar role and leading a team.
  • Solid understanding of service and solution delivery processes and procedures.
  • In-depth experience with Insurance domain knowledge esp. in General Insurance.
  • Great leadership and customer management skills.
  • Abilities to solve problems.
  • Good management skills to manage and lead a team.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or relevant field, i.e. computing science.
  • A good oral and verbal communication skills in both English and Khmer.
  • Need to be detail oriented for accuracy of data and information.
  • Can produce reports and complete work within deadlines.
  • Abilities to work well with interdepartmental teams.
