Sales strategy & Business development

• Develop and execute sales plans to expand MEP business in target markets.
• Identify new opportunities, clients, and partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationship with contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Present MEP solutions and negotiation commercial terms.

Technical & Commercial Coordination

• Understand technical specs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and estimation teams to tailor offers.

Project & Contract Oversight

• Follow through from lead generation to project handover.
• Monitor execution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Training

• Lead sales teams and ensure targets are met.
• Train junior staff in product knowledge and sales techniques.

• A bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred), MBA is a plus
• Knowledge on AutoCad, Layout/plan orientation.
• Familiarity with project contracts and tendering processes
• Proven sales experience in Mep or construction industry
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
