• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, International Business, Law, Finance, or related fields.
• Over 8 years of experience in business management or engineering, including approximately 5 years in overseas project management or business development.
• Familiar with the characteristics of overseas markets, particularly in Southeast Asia, with strong market insight and excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
• Over 5 years’ experience of team management, ability to lead team construction in business development department and localized talent training.
• Proficient in international engineering contract standards (such as FIDIC clauses) and well-versed in end-to-end process management, including planning, negotiation, contract review, and risk management etc.
• Capable of managing the full project lifecycle, including cost estimation, performance monitoring, claims processing, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Extensive experience in negotiating with overseas clients, with the ability to independently finalize major contracts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Familiar with the electricity (power), energy, engineering construction, and new energy sectors. Experience in overseas power projects, international bidding, or contract management is preferred.
• Holding PMP (Project Management Professional), CIPP (Certified International Contract Professional) or similar certifications are preferred.
• Existing network of overseas and local customers, supplier connections, or affiliations with trade promotion associations are preferred.
