• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, Architecture, or related fields.
• Possess a First- or Second-Level Construction Engineer Certificate (with a focus on project construction, municipal engineering, etc.) or an intermediate-level professional qualification in water conservancy or construction-related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction site production management for engineering projects in Cambodia.
• Candidates well-versed in construction processes and engineering specifications related to Cambodia’s housing construction, municipal infrastructure, landscaping, and renovation projects are preferred.
• Ability to provide efficient budgeting and cost control.
• Strong ability to manage on-site planning and progress, coordinate resources, oversee quality control and safety management, and handle cost management. Familiar with FIDIC clauses and engineering-related software, with excellent team leadership and communication skills.
