- Check and verified drawing before starting estimation - Extracting quantity of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical material based on drawing provided - Estimate infrastructure: drainage pipe line, manhole, sleeve for internet cable, EDC & water supply etc - Calculate the progress of work and VO of work follow the actual at site - Site checking, roughly design and redraw for the urgent work at site

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or related field - At least 2-3 Years experiences in MEP Quantities estimation and extracting from the drawing - Able to realize the properly of site work - Full knowledge of MEP products / materials / equipment be used in construction site - Have knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Internet, and email - Commitment to the job, hardworking, easy going, teamwork spirit, and respectful attitude - Able to communicate in English
