- Troubleshoot, maintenance and repair AGV/Automation machine - Operate and set-up AGV/Automation lines and equipment - Conduct test run on AGV/Automation machines and evaluate the production process - Prepare document, file process changes, start-up forms, preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and service record - Supervise and provide training to user/operators on operating the AGV/Automation machines and equipment - Liaise with product leaders from Singapore to ensure the Clients requirements are fulfilled - Establish and maintain effective and profitable relationships with customers - Able to upsell other technological products to existing or new clients - Other work as and when assigned by the management
