- Assist in the day to day administrative & accounting duties - Timely production of accounts, financial statement, cash flow, projects and P&L analysis - Closing full sets of accounts & presenting year-end financial statement for audit - Issue invoice, delivery note, purchase order, credit/debit note etc. - Proper maintenance of all admin/accounting records - Handle AR / AP / Bank reconciliation / Cash flow - Able to do monthly closing - Other administrative work as and when assigned by the management
