To control stock - To plan and coordination of building maintaining - To regularly check the office equipment such as air conditioner, computers, and other machinery in company - To control vehicle and room booking - To perform to procurement and quotation - To support HR & Admin manager for HR functions. - Office innovation and other task assigned from time to time - To support company in order to provide the best service and quality of leading the tour both domestic and outbound tour. - To support company to deliver the document to customers and support all transportation need from other staff.

Jobs Requirement

•Bachelor degree in Management or other degree •At least 1 year - experience in Administration or HR •Experience in office management •Experience in stock management •Knowledge in using English •Effective communication and facilitation skills •Willingness to work in flexible hour
