This posting is for a MEP Draftsman to work as a member of the MEP team to support design and site activities on various projects. The candidate must be willing to accept short or long-term assignments at various project locations. Draftsman (HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/MEP) position is fully responsible for Design and AutoCAD Drafting Concept, Detail, Construction & Shop Drawings for MEP Projects related to infrastructure projects. -Responsibility includes design and AutoCAD drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers / grill sizing etc. And or; -Responsibility includes drawing and preparation of Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc. And or; -Responsibility includes design and AutoCAD Drafting of complete Electrical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and etc. -Responsibility includes preparation of COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical etc., Employee responsibility also includes design works, Quantity take off, preparation of As Built drawings etc.

-Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering -Proven track record for 02 – 03 years in a MEP role for either a design consultant/main contractor/developer. -Must be physically capable to conduct field inspections and walk downs which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, climbing in very small and/or confined spaces, and lifting up to 60 lbs. -Knowledge and experience in the planning, design and construction of the MEP systems -Excellent communication and negotiation skill in English -Computer skills required: Microsoft Windows environment, AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Mail. -Some travel will be required for this role
