Jobs Description

- Making contract with suppliers and negotiate trading terms, price, rebate and other condition - Set up selling price and report competitors’ price - Manage PO Process to vendors for all U-Care branches, solving stock problems, invoice issue and consignment process - To check with Accounting if lost invoices or blocked PO - To follow guidelines to choose the best way to get the products from suppliers to our stores’ shelves - To survey the market and update the knowledge about new products and suppliers available in the market - Control products cost price and set up sale price for store - To coordinate all the functions of the team within the department. - Develop sales in existing/ new stores by getting the right products at the right price - Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork. - Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services. - Manage of inventory processes and prepare reports such as stock, stock transfer, store order to top management - Control monthly and yearly stock adjustment - Control and monitor stock of each store - Support Operations department and store to identify display products in difference store and analyze their own store’s sale - Support marketing department to set up promotions and deal with supplies to increase the sale volumes - To work with IT Manager and Software provider to set up process to improve system’s use: price labels printing, stock counting by carrying out rotating inventories in stores, consignment process, all stock adjustment processes - Supervise and organize tasks to staffs - Report and perform other tasks as requested by COO.

Jobs Requirement

- Master or Bachelor Degree of Management, Marketing or other related fields - 3 years experiences in SCM or Purchasing Manager - Male/Female 20-45 years old, - Language: Khmer and English fluent - Knowledge of computers skill Microsoft office( Word, Excel and Outlook) - Knowledge about cosmetic and /or Pharmaceutical products market - Strong Management skills - High commitment and hard on working.
