- Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation; - Managing the project bill of quantities; - Manage and review contracts; - Sourcing and selecting subcontractors; - Project base costing & cash flow; - Produce Tender documents and process; - Tender cost assessment; - Risk analysis evaluations; - Preparation of progress payments and final accounts settlement; - Measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings) for valuations; - Manage the accuracy of measurements in accordance with relevant standards; - Provide detailed records and valuations of work executed; - Preparation of claim documentation & assessment; - Supervise junior quantity surveyor; - Other tasks to be assigned by manager from time to time

- At least 3-4 years’ experience in the field of quantity surveyor or related field - Good command in both English and Khmer (listening, speaking and writing) - Strong organizational abilities - Excellent attention to detail - Excellent communication and problem solving skills - Ideally to work under pressure and towards a deadline - Team worker with good interpersonal skills - Math skills / numerically minded - Computer literacy
