•Capability to do pre-production meeting, including the check of:- oWorkmanship, styling and construction requirement oAccurate measurement & grading rules oEmbellishment requirement oLabelling requirement oWashing/finishing requirement oPressing/Packing requirement •Conduct in-line inspection at sewing stage or cutting stage to make sure factory modify the pattern according to PP fit comment •Issue in-line inspection report to factory •Conduct final inspection, including the check of Factory Material Card by colorway, garment critical component mock up, ticketing information, fabric testing report, garment testing report and approved PP sample for reference during final inspection. •QC will conduct three types of inspection during a final inspection:- 1.Workmanship Quality 2.Spec Measurement 3.Packing Integrity •Issue final inspection report to the factory •Accompany with 3rd party inspection if required •Accompany with factory tour if required •Conduct home laundry test for production if required

•At least 6 years working experience in QC and QA area •Have English speaking, reading and writing skills •Understand QC process from different customer requirements •Have an education in textile and apparel •Prefer to have experience in both men and ladies wear •Prefer to have experience in both casual wear and industrial wear •Understanding of garment paper pattern so as to be able to suggest corrections when issues arise •Understanding or experience with labelling and final carton packing, container loading, final reporting capability •Have experience with Social Compliance – identify underage workers, bring Good Business practices to the factory, know how to recommend solutions if factories have dangerous operations, have an understanding of equipment and technical operations •Ability to be self-reliant and work independently
