1- Assist to follow up and control daily containers loading at factory and report to head office 2- Take care and coordinate with Inspector and QC during loading at Factory on the other provinces 3- Be able to prepare all documents related to C/O application such as: Write the request latter form, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Cam-control, Bill of Lading (carrier), Customs Registration, Customs Declaration, Complete outward ….etc. 4- Gathering & strictly checking clearance documents for submit to finance team (BL, C/O, Cam-control, Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Inspection Certificate other documents) 5- Weekly update shipping scheduling, containers tracking and report to supervisor/manager 6- Support Procurement team for some of cargoes Import operation 7- Other task assigned by supervisor/manager

- BBA of Management or equivalent - Good command in English both writing and Speaking - At least 2 years of experience in logistics field - Good personal relation, self-motivated, commitment and self-discipline - Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) - Willing to travel to our factory in Kompong Speu province at least 1 time per week.
