• Analysis of specification • Measurement of reference garments • Creating first pattern on card or CAD • Record feedback from sample machinist • Adjust pattern by manipulation • Creation of size chart and Digitizing • Create pattern from specifications or sample garment in men’s tailored garments (Jackets, Trousers, waistcoats etc.) • Develop the created pattern to a production pattern • Make rating (Base size and size ratio) • Improve Acutest ratings • Establish and maintain a standard of performance

• At least 2years experiences in Gerber system or related field • Good command of English both writing & speaking • Good team player and self-motivation • Able to work with tight deadline and sometimes under pressure • Good computer skills • Good problem-solving skills
