- Site control the Architectural/Engineering/MEP work with sub-contractor/contractors - Prepared information regarding design, structure specification, material, color, equipment, estimated cost and construction time - Consult with the Consultant to determine function and spatial requirement of Architecture/structure/MEP - Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents - Plan layout of project - Prepared scale drawings - Search and decide reasonable suppliers for each construction materials - Negotiate the price with suppliers - Check list product order - Make a construction schedule - Connecting with Authority - Check attendants labor for enough working - Check the blueprints and suggest how to improve - Check the progress of the sites. - Check the qualities and safety of the construction sites - Report any problems to the contractor and Japanese management. - Suggest management about any solutions to shorten the project period - Other task by GM.

- Bachelor degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field - At least 3 years experiences as Site Supervisor or Manager for construction /Flat House /Borey Projects - Age: 25-40 years old - Male only - Good communication and inter-personal skills - Ability to cope with pressure and change - Work under pressure and high commitment - Have knowledge about how to level the soil and land creation before construction starts - Know the market price of construction materials - Hard working and traveling are available.
