I. Roles and Responsibilities: The Electrical Engineer position will provide optimum design solutions for customer applications, designs for manufacturability and cost estimates for quotation purposes based on their designs. - Prepare shop drawing for submission and resubmission (Mechanical and Electrical/Electronics) - Select and prepare some material for submission - Contact with supplier to request some quotation and technical documents - Take off BOQ of ELV, LV…etc - Prepared information regarding design, structure specification, material, colour, equipment, estimated cost and construction time. - Consult with the Consultant to determine function and spatial requirement of MEP. - Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawing and specification documents. - Plan layout of project. - Prepared scale drawings - Collaborating with supervisor in preparing the technical report and installation on site - Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering; MBA is a plus - Understanding Electrical drawing: Design drawing, Shop drawing, Detail drawing and other concerned - Understanding Electrical work: HV/MV work, MBD/ATS, Power socket outlet system, Lighting system, - Lightning/Grounding work, Telecommunication system, Lan/network system, MATV, CCTV system, Sound system work/Public address system, - Minimum 3 years experiences in design - Good interpersonal skill, have negotiation skill, Ability to analysis problems, Ability to work independently, - Be able to structural with useful application (2D & 3D); - Good oral and written English and Khmer communication skills; - Be friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure. - Computer literacy and especially Ms Office, Ms Project, AutoCAD etc. - Being able to travel to sites/provinces and mobilize the workplace
