- Basic QS Skill, Capacity of understanding BOQ and BOM - Combining BOM each project to one procurement list for each specific material or classification - Assisting purchase team to follow up the PO material on schedule - Monitor the stock report as per each material delivery from supplier (Stock-in) - Advice stock team for material assessment in warehouse - Monitor the material opening to contractors (stock-out) - Control every stock report - Studying the remaining wastage materials - Preparing materials assessment to QS Supervisor

- Bachelor Degree in civil engineering or related field - At least 2-3 Years experiences as a QS stock monitor and control - Full knowledge of construction materials / equipment and other skill for QS and Stock Control is preferable - Have knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Internet, and email - Commitment to the job, hardworking, easy going, teamwork spirit, and respectful attitude - Able to communicate in English
