 Offering support and professional supervision to senior Social Work managers.  Assisting managers in assessing training needs, coordinating and providing relevant training to new and less experienced social workers.  Providing technical support to managers on case management as needed, particularly in cases where there is a high risk of harm.  Representing MT in national partnership meetings relevant to Social Work and Child Protection.  Helping to coordinate, attend and follow up on the training of Signs of Safety Child Protection Framework delivered by partners.  Assisting teams with the new online case management database as needed.  Supporting teams on monitoring and updating of all existing processes.  Helping Management with updates of guidelines and procedures as needed  Documenting best practice, internal and external research assistance.  Assisting in the planning of future programs.

 Internally Recognized degree in Social work.  Minimum 4 years experience of working as a qualified Social worker.  Experience of working in Cambodia is essential, in particular working in a professional child protection role.  Experience in training local staff.  Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.  Khmer speaking skills desirable but not essential  Strong analytical and problem solving skills  Excellent report writing skills  Flexibility and ability to use creative approaches to overcome challenges within the community.  Excellent communication skills.  Candidates must be highly motivated to work alongside and learn from Khmer colleagues.  Candidates need to have a very positive and enthusiastic approach to working in challenging settings in order to improve the lives of children, families and the community.
