a. Qualification: The Land Management/Land Administration Specialist must have at least a Bachelor Degree in a discipline related to Land Management and Land Administration. b. Experiences: at least five years’ experiences in land use planning/land administration, a basic understanding of CLUP process and also the use of GIS tools and mapping.

Tasks: Cooperate with all local sub-national authority stakeholders for the effective implementation of the CLUPs in the target province including the PIO and the PLMUPCC. All perspective candidates must have good level of English language proficiency (speaking, writing, and listening).
