a. Qualification: The Land Use Planning and GIS Specialists will have a bachelor degree in Land Use Planning and GIS or a related discipline and must be proficient in the use of ArcGIS. b. Experiences: S/he must have a basic understanding of the CLUP process, GIS database management, remote sensing using aerial photography and satellite imagery and the mapping and regulatory framework relating to the CLUP.

Tasks: S/he will facilitate the consultative and participatory CLUP processes with the local communities to enable them to conduct their own land use planning and mapping work within the framework of Rice-SDP program. All perspective candidates must have good level of English language proficiency (speaking, writing, and listening).
