- To manage and audit all the staffs all Course instructors, Administration, Front office and receptionists, marketing, and support staff in center and make sure they are on their duties. - To carry out staff orientation and induction program for new employees. - To allocate and maximize the resources for center such as managing HRs and Classrooms. - To be the person in charge of solving problems and communicate to parents. - To give necessary reports (financial reports, students database, etc.) - To constantly maintain the centres’ image to conform to ISO UCMAS standards. - To arrange the demo and initiate the idea to increase the number of the students in the center. - To organize regular weekly meeting with all staff to ensure centre’s roadmap and goals of centre are achieved. - Report to Managing Director and Executive Director. - Other duties might be assigned.
