•Promoting internal or external development projects, provide projects information and assist buyers in purchasing the property that match to their needs. •Identify clients’ need and financial case flow before suggest the property that match to their requirement. •Develop the negotiation skills, assist clients on market condition, prices, mortgages, related legal requirements to ensuring a fair and honest dealing •Be able to do market research or understand competitors’ products or services •Be able to estimate property value or basic loan calculation from bank and suggest to clients •Be able to understand and present the necessary documents (contracts) or legal documents to clients •Provide sales report, and feedback / comment from clients that they facing during the selling process •Update info of available properties, sales status on systems or group chat •Understand knowledgeable about real estate markets •Initiate strategic planning in order to meet target monthly sales •Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and roadshows, events to promote the company projects. •Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships. •Other tasks will be assigned by the managements.
