*Job Description The recruited Admin/HR manager of the factory has the following roles and responsibilities: - Manage Admin/HR of the factories - Recruitment of workers and employees - Manage and solve workers' problems - Prepare the Admin/HR Policies - Support on social compliance - Communicate with all ministries for documentations - Approve on workers sick leave and annual leave - Maintain employee record - Train and evaluate employees and workers - Attend the meeting and writing report to top management - Must speak English (Good) - Employment Maintenance. - Training and Professional Development. - Performance Management. - Compensation and Benefits Administration - Employee Relations. - Administration Sector Handle - Government Complier - Public & General Affair - Safety & Healthy - Maintenance, Parking & Security - Control all staff check in and check out by system every day. - Manage the insurance registration for employees. - Record, control employee working hours, and leave taken. - Provide supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, IT by establishing procedures, and work schedules. - Manage for all HR & Admin documents. - Manage petty cash, stationary, office equipment, office supplies, and fixed assets. - Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems. - Support operations by supervising staff, planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems. - Maintain a safe, secure work environment, and develop personal growth opportunities..

Jobs Requirement

*Job Requirements - Getting familiar with garment process , brand experience is preferred , familiar with all types of admin & HR. - Data concepts strong, strong logical thinking ability , proficiency in the use of some of the data analysis tools. - Skilled use of office software - The overall outlook is strong, clear, we have good organizational skills
