- Accomplish the team quarterly and yearly target in order to make more profit for bank. - Coaching AOs in team to cross-sell bank products including loan and card as target setting. - Updated Marketing strategies to improve the loan sale and made report to team manager - Develop and assess AOs needs, explore all solution options and train credit policy and other skills to improve team work productivity - Maintain and follow up AOs daily promotion, interview applicants and site visit properties to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans - Maintaining good relation with clients - Ensuring policy and guideline compliance - Negotiating and decision making over setting conditions
