• Knowledge about tax declaration • Control AP and AR • Knowledge about the inventory accounting system • Bookkeeping all the transactions into the system • Prepare monthly payroll • Prepare Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow and other financial statement • Prepare Monthly sale & Inventory report • Reconcile bank statement with the cash book and with the system as well • Prepare monthly purchase report • Arrange document for external audit • Control the billing process and payment to the suppliers and vendors • Assisting the Managing Director in making financial decision

• Minimum B.A in Accounting or Finance • Least 2 years working in experience as an Accountant • Ability to handle multitask and to work in a fast pace work environment • Be reliable, responsible, and independent in fulfilling obligations • Be honest and ethical • Computer literacy: MS Office & good Quick book is compulsory • Work full-time
