- Prepare high level product analysis and planning for company Annual & Mid Term Plan - Sponsor and/or develop and revise all credit products like Business Requirement, Testing, Pilot, and Roll-out - Monitor & Manage all Credit Product Performance and find the way to improve - Monitor and keep the product competitive in the market such as pricing and other condition - Manage the team to deliver the best result for the company - Develop and update procedure, guideline to operate the product effectively. - Train & Communicate with Region, Branch on product policy, procedure and guide and other - Working across department, region and branch to get the job well done. - Writing-up proposals for new products (including product policy, procedure, guideline, etc.) and detailed piloting plans for presenting to the Ex-Com and Board of Director for approval. - Perform other task assigned by EVP-CBO and EX-COM.

- Bachelor degree’s required, Master a preferable, in the field of Management, Marketing, Finance & Bank and other related skill - 3 years experiences in banking & financial institution preferable in product management - Strong analytical skills, strong leadership - Project management skill - Computer skills required and good English - Ability to work independently within a team environment and be able to travel abroad and province Remuneration: - HKL provide the competitive salary based on knowledge, skill and experience.
