•Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to make a sale. •Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. •Cold calling to arrange meeting with potential customers to prospect for our product condominium building •Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries. •Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potentials market •Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales. •Organizing events and product exhibitions. •Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. •Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. •Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. •Checking the quantities of units on display and in executive condominium •Recording sale and order information and sending copies to the sale office, or entering figures into a computer system. •Reviewing your own sale performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. •Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers upon condominium price list. •Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance. •Can travelling to some provinces & go on site to find customer.

• Bachelor degree at Sale & Marketing or relevant filed • Experience at Sale & Marketing at least 2 Years • Can speak, and writing in English (Can speak Chinese is a plus) • Can use computer with word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email. • Good character and honestly • Good Communication Skill • Productions/ Productive • High responsibility • Able to work As a Team
