- Understands Large Industrial and commercial power grids and how to hook up large generators into these facilities. Can analyze fully on his own the grid hookup needs for substations, high voltage power lines and towers, and all safety standards for installing small power systems to these kinds of facilities. - Perform project planning, technical analysis and evaluation of options and alternatives, and engineering design activities for assigned buildings or electrical systems; assignments will include building electrical system engineering, capital upgrade evaluations and planning, and expense projects. - Provide engineering and technical support to the project bid process, construction process, and commissioning and acceptance process. Identify and resolve problems and issues. - Good understanding of National Electrical Code and electrical power engineering principles, and will utilize electrical engineering knowledge related to voltage, current, power, voltage drop, cable sizes, and conduit size requirements per NEC. - Respond to and resolve complex electrical system engineering, operating, and maintenance problems - Provide engineering support to the operation and maintenance of the electrical distribution system including the analysis of preventative maintenance test data for the electrical equipment - Ensure all work is performed in compliance with electrical code standards and follows all applicable codes, laws, rules, and regulations - Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

- 2+ years Experience working with repairing or installations working with Grid-Fed power generation or installing large generators to factories and commercial buildings of sizes 20KW to 1 Megawatt or more. - Ability to plan, call in consult, design, and complete all aspects of high power installations in Industrial and Commercial installations. - Good communication skills and ability to work with other team members are necessary Ideal Supporting Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
