- Perform monthly reconciliation between MCS, BTS and Custom Report – identifying source of discrepancies and rectification steps. - Research and rectify Negative Inventory position for custom report purpose. -Conduct investigation/system research on Negative SKUs or any other source of discrepancies for immediate correction. - Work with Inventory Controller, Product Support Manager and store team to minimise Negative Inventory positions - Perform cycle counts on selected SKUs to ensure system integrity, collate result for management’s approval on inventory adjustment. - Follow up on daily stock delivery discrepancies between MCS booking, BTS and Custom permit - Assist with annual inventory counts including pre-counts - Assist to conduct quarterly review on Damage and Defective locations. - Assist to monitor and control manual transfer forms, write-off forms, OSD report. System input of location-to- location transfers.
