As a Human Resources Officer, you will be tasked to handle the staff benefit implementation process specifically the administration of the medical insurance for all team members. You will also maintain team member records, update information posted on notice boards, and organize team member engagement activities in coordination with the welfare committee and other departments. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria; 1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or similar 2. Previous HR work experience in hotel industry will be an advantage 3. Strong communication and people engagement skills 4. Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills
