Jobs Description

** Price Book Coordination and Support - Ensure price book item maintenance and vendor maintenance supplier policies and internal processes are executed to meet local business needs and within service level commitments - Liaise with Service Center support staff and price book administrators for all aspects of price book support – monitor, measure, identify gaps and develop and coordinate changes to meet business and BOS needs - Ensure all pricing and promotion information is accurate - Provide support for business planning forecasting - Work with suppliers to ensure all item and supplier maintenance data is available in format and time required to ensure smooth and effective merchandising execution - Evaluate vendor processes and recommend improvements - Support Category Managers for BOS and price book activities, questions and resolutions of problems and issues ** Grow c-store Sales and Profitability - Develop, analyze, publish reports that identify current profitability, highlight gaps, and opportunities, track key trends and growth - Support merchandising sales and profitability analyses including business planning and forecasting - Monitor projected vs. actual results of key metrics and new initiatives, communicate and assist with strategies to close gaps and increase profitability - Conduct ad-hoc and query reporting to seek superior site or category performance to share learning’s or to identify non-performing sites, weak category performance - Measure promotion effectiveness using a variety of metrics included product, category, sub-category sales and gross profit, stakeholder feedback, category and store vision objectives - Work with vendors and suppliers to explain and ensure BOS requirements are met, support reporting requests, Track execution of programs by reviewing vendor and internal information and communicating potential gaps. ** BOS Deployment Activities – Deployment Preparation - Business Alignment, BOS/HOS Merchandising configuration, Process Development and Change, Change Management - Develop price book and supporting Merchandising processes and policies to effectively execute Merchandising pricing, promotion, presentation, product and placement strategies upon BOS deployment - Implement procedures and policies to align business prior to deployment and minimize change impact during deployment - Develop and implement supplier policies and procedures required to ensure efficient and reliable price book update and changes required to ensure “seamless” purchase, delivery, sale and payment of non-fuel products - Align local price book development and administration procedures to Service Center support process, structure and expertise to ensure efficient, reliable support of local price book - Work with Merchandising and BOS teams to establish price, product and location attributes, clusters and zones to ensure optimum reporting and pricing execution capability - Serve as primary contact to BOS vendor and project team for merchandising subject matter - With local Merchandising team, be ready for implementation of global merchandising inventory hierarchy by validating it to local regulations and business needs, mapping to existing departments and developing and overseeing a migration plan to new hierarchy ensuring integration and continuity of all existing systems and processes as needed - Liaise with retailers, vendors and other BOS stakeholders to ensure pilot and deployment configurations, processes and expertise is ready and available to ensure strong execution of scanning and BOS - Provide Merchandising support to retailers, project team and merchandising group for pilot ** Drive OE and Organizational Capability - Ensure safety is integrated into procedures and processes for users - Work closely with users seeking feedback for BOS strengths and weaknesses, developing and implementing changes - Understand business needs and BOS capabilities and providing solutions and superior processes to achieve - Monitor performance metrics and satisfaction of users, highlight gaps, provide development input and prioritization for subsequent releases - Using BOS reports and data request outputs, search for non-compliance of retailer merchandising policies and programs. Take steps to correct involving others and seeking input. - Assist with resolution of pricing and invoicing errors and issues - Serve as POC to Service Center staff involved in support and administration of Price Book, BOS vendor and NA project team for merchandising operations, support and business requirements. Ensure all aspects of support meet targets by monitoring and ensuring service level agreements, troubleshooting, developing aligned, effective processes to improve gaps

Jobs Requirement
