- Welcoming visitors and tending to their needs and respond promptly to customers’ inquiries - Answering and forwarding phone calls to provide the information - Handling and resolving customer complaints - Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints - Communicate and coordinate with internal Departments - Insured and keeping order, safety, hygiene and good environment within office. - Other tasks as required
