- Call and visit the customers to strengthen the relationship and increase their business with CNB; - Refer the customers all kind of bank products and services (non-credit and credit) to other business departments; - Build relationship and expand network with prospective customers ; - Implement confirmed strategic business plan to develop potential markets and generate business for the Bank’s corporate business expansion; - Brainstorm, share and follow the confirmed plan that Department Head appoints to achieve greater productivity, deliver fast, efficient and satisfied service to -customers; - Keep recording the update of competitors’ information such as pricing, new products, new promotion and their services for benchmarking with Canadia Bank’s; - Initiative/creative to set the effective strategies in order to increase Domestic Corporation portfolio; - Assist Department Head to do research and collect data for the business development and marketing/ promotional activities for the corporate customers and enhance the bank’s business; - Prepare weekly and weekly report and update customers profile; - Maintain good communication and cooperation with all business units, departments and branches; - Follow and achieve the annual KPIs as agreed; - Strictly adhere to Operations Manual and authority delegation; - Strictly comply with the Bank’s Code of Conduct; - Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Hold Bachelor Degree or pursuing year 4th Semester 2 in English, Banking & Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; - Must have good command in both spoken and written English, Khmer; - Pleasant and friendly personality, tolerant, outgoing, and initiative; - Past relevant working experience will be an advantage, but fresh from university are also welcome; - Willing to work under pressure and over time.
