·Respond to prepare contract (Unit) for UMG, WAM and PLM and others contract instructed by Manager ·Handle and record all contracts (unit) for UMG, WAM and PLM ·Follow up customer for AR overdue (by calling, sending letter and visiting) ·Analyst the case problem and advise to Manager (COO).Handle all cases and run processing at court ·Daily prepare contract(unit) for customer: UMG, WAM and PLM ·Follow up AR overdue (over 30days) by calling, sending letter and visiting ·Contact to lawyer for make stamp on all contracts and letters that need to send to customer ·Make reminding letter to customer for over payment ·Assist HR to solve the case happened that informed by HR ·Go to court for follow up case ·Prepare all documents and run the process at court ( Authorize letter, Letter of complaint, and other letter required from court ) ·Weekly pending contract report to Sale Department ·Weekly AR report to Finance team ·Analyst / advise for case to Manager (COO) ·Prepare KIP meeting ·Prepare / keep document for contract in the folder

- Has experience in legal, legal assistant at least 1 year - English is good - Good knowledge of Cambodian law especially contract law - Good at problem solving - Knowing the process how to deal with court in Cambodia - Has experience in collecting payment from customer - Strong commitment with high responsible
