1. Sourcing & negotiating with suppliers on best deals & according to company requirement. 2. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, budgets, expenditure, suppliers and pricing. 3. Preparing, establishing and managing contracts & other essential documents related to the entire procurement process. 4. Constantly tracking of orders with supplier. Follow up delivery schedule and arrange the handover of the material purchased and payment. 5. Assist procurement manager to set up supplier management & filing system for the department as well as maintaining good relationship with supplier. 6. Conduct proper checking on the quality and quantity of each order and closely update respective department. 7. Liaising with departments on respective requirements, including the quality and quantity of goods and services requested and delivery schedule. 8. Accomplish any duties as assigned by the Management/Purchasing Manager. 9. Collect feedback of various item from suppliers. Ensuring conflict of interest situations do not arise in the procurement activities.
