- Plan of marketing and sales target - Set up the strategic selling plan to achieve the sales targes - Search and analyze market and competitor situation - Prepare for advertising and promotional tools - Provide on going marketing and administration support to all head department as required - Promote and sell company product to target outlets - Collect feedback, suggestion and information about market and competitors - Other tasks as required

- University Degree in marketing - Working experience in marketing - at least 2-3 years experience - Be able to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision - Honest, committed, responsible, proactive, fast learner, confident and be able to work as a team - Computer literacy (MS. Word/Excel, Internet & E-mail) - Good command in Khmer & English
