Your mission: 1. Handling member query/complaints in various channels - live chat, email, call, mobile application (Whatsapp, Wechat, Yalo, Line, BBM), and IM (Skype) 2. Deliver solution to meet customer satisfaction 3. Familiar with company products, promotions, and the rules and regulations 4. To update deposit made by members, and process member's withdrawal upon requested 5. Create/update/close cases in Ticketing CRM for each query receive from member 6. Various operational reporting - Daily Banking closing, Admin reports Offer monthly income: Under probati (Salary US$300.00 + Food Allowance US$120.00) After passing the probati to US$590.00 (Salary US$300.00 to US$350.00 + Food Allowance US$120.00 + Incentive based on performance up to US$120.00)

1. High school level and above 2. Customer service background would be an advantage 3. Good command in spoken and written in English as well as fluency in Chinese. 4. Technology Chat Application(Wechat, LINE, Blackberry, Whatsapp, etc) and PC savvy 5. Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills 6. Knowlegde of sports games and casino games is an advantage 7. Rotating shift system (work 8 hours per day, and 6 days per week) - Morning shift 6:00am to 2:00pm - Afternoon shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm - Night shift 10:00pm to 6:00am Note: Working shift will change by monthly basis. 8.
