-Create and maintain consistency in company’s service standard -Staff recruitment -Action strategies to reach short term and long-term goals and visions -Sales training, assess the strength and weaknesses of the sales team and develop sale strategies accordingly,be the mentor for the sales agent -Monitor individual sales agent to ensure targets are met -Host meeting with sales agent,take report from sales agent, and write weekly business report -Promotional,marketing scheme,new ways to expand customer base and increase sales volume -Market trend research,new products research -Branding,ensure brand DNA consistency throughout the entire company -Set quarterly,half-yearly,and yearly business plan, sales plan and costing, budget plan -Set company operation system, standard,rules and regulation for all departments to follow
