1. Jewelry Manager / Showroom Manager $1000 (English speaking and Chinese speaking) ** Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations of showroom and staff - Make sure all staff obey rules and regulations set by General Manager - Assure customer’s satisfaction and good impressions with the company’s services and products - Set goals and objectives with the internal departments and do performance appraisal regularly - Monitor and develop staff performance and skills : train, develop and monitor staff’s skill and performances Monitoring and improving subordinates’ performance and service behavior - Coordinate with internal departments & operations for serving all customer requirements - Ensure timely feedback and complain handling is efficient and achieve customer satisfaction - Provide necessary information to customers as they need - Promote, Consult, and Demonstrate GFG Products and Services - Other tasks assigned by General Manager
